This is a course offered by Barbara Smigel. The course content is available for free online and it appears you could take the course for credit via distance. The latest link has 2009 so I'm not sure if it's correct today. Check directly with Ms. Smigel (her email is at the bottom of the course's page: http://www.bwsmigel.info/ ) She would be the best contact for more info about receiving certificates of completion. I have studied Barbara Smigel's course and continue to refer to it — it is absolutely wonderful: fully scientific, beautifully illustrated, comprehensive, and obviously the product of tremendous expertise.
